18.05 mi in 01:05:31 hours at 16.53 mi/h on Redline Conquest. [Cycling] Sec Taylor solo. Busy, but mostly dry trails. Trailing running two days prior seems to have strengthened my legs, but aspiration was more difficult than expected. Seems like every year I maintain a reasonable amount of strength, but not endurance. |

|
12.42 mi in 00:45:36 hours at 16.34 mi/h on Redline Conquest. [Cycling] 1st ride of 2013. Shakedown. Straight off trainer with only a lubed chain. Everything good. Trails a little wet, but not bad overall. Cool, high 50's to start. Very comfortable. Stopped just over 1/2 usual distance. |

New Chain. New Gator Hard Shell slick tires. 2nd free tune up since purchased in April 2010. Supposed to address creaks from bottom bracket and head tube. Head tube still creaks even when tightened down too much. New chain fixed lower creak which I replaced myself. Seat was angled back upon return. Never held properly again. |
