It meandered 7miles to Rt. 60. Started to rain lightly when I reached Rt. 60, and didn't stop. Strong headwind on the return run on Skeenah. Temps in the lower 60s at start, but dropped to the upper 50s when it rained. Had a delicious PB&J sandwich at the little church at the end of Skeenah Gap. |

We both got the All-star Special. I got hash browns smoothered, covered, and chunked. We stopped at the middle school to get tennis balls for the dogs, but their was slim pickings. We then took a side trip to the park where we picked our fill. |

At the start of the ride there were some light, puffy clouds draped over the mountains near the house. We cruised down to Nottley Dam road which made me say, "We must have a tail wind". We did, and a subsequent head wind on the return ride. Temp of 65F, Sunny but felt a little cooler. It's been weeks and the dogwoods still look spectacular. Wild azaleas are beginning to bloom. |
