68.74 mi in 04:29:30 hours at 15.30 mi/h on Opus Taccato. [Cycling] The plan was to ride with a cycling group to the top of baker and back from Sumas(not Team Coastal). Moderate pace I was told...got to fiqure out what moderate pace is..Stayed with the group till Glacier Lodge and then got dropped like a hot potatoe. At 55 km I just gave up ever seeing them and didn't see any point going any further just to have them passs me while I am climbing up. Got into over my head with this group. Got back to the truck before they did..Good thing.
