[Cycling] killer ride! rode the first 2 hours by myself then came back to meet up with thomas and morgan. did 45 min tempo in the first 2 hours cause i didnt know thomas was about to half wheel the shit out of me for the next 5..... naw it wasn't that bad, but he is flying. we rode fast all day. my piriformis was making the whole back of my leg hurt for the first half but after some stretching, advil, and a monster at the store stop i was good to go.
