Clockwise, down the hill, through the cut and straight back up the hill again, through the alipine section. Really enjoyed the race although it was definately in favour of the lighter / younger riders because no recovery time.
Very fast technical corner at bottom of the circuit which I was particulary good at and continually taking out bike lengths from the riders I was with. I felt that i could have put in a bit more effort but would have been leading my group all the way instead of sharing the load with xx.
Feel that maybe I'm holding myself back because once I'm in a group with my piers today especially I felt that that was where I should stay rather than attacking. Today, once I caught the group with Richard Da Silva I was comfortable to stay rather than work to leave him.
