20.00 mi on Dolan Giant - St A Race. [Cycling] Another turbo session......quite hard but feels like I am finding that sweet spot.....well that is until I ride with some one else and get blown away.....I wonder how long I will be able to keep turbo sessions up for? |

[Cycling] Spinnerval session.....quite good fun and some good interval sessions at threshold etc. Last 3 intervals of 20 seconds at V02 max then sprint flat out for 10 seconds......managed 460watts......about half of someone like Renshaw! Dont think I will be getting on a proteam this year then. |
