[Cycling] HH 10 in 23.40 I think.......sort of OK considering 5th day of hard riding (1st mile was pretty painfull as my legs were screaming for me to stop!) but still need to find my TT legs. Good ride by Pacey Lacey to win by a mile. Excellent pizza at the Red Lion afterwards. |

37.00 mi on Dolan Giant - St A Race. [Cycling] VCC chaingang......that was a tough workout hitting max heart rate once and getting a close on other climbs of ridge hill. A few spots of rain but pretty much got round in the dry although slowly cooked like a casserole for 2 hours as a bit over layered. My old Dolan race bike now fitted with a rear crudcatcher.........least I had a dry backside. |

25.00 mi on Moda SRAM. [Cycling] Evening session of hill intervals after a short warm up, 4 short, 3 medium and 3 long (1 mile) with good heart rates up each. Pretty much gasping near the top of each so hopefully it maight have done me some good. |

[Cycling] Round 3 of the MSTINA series (although I missed Rd 2) which was not the most exiciting of races as these old boys are strong and seem happy to pull breaks back rather than try and get in them. Anyway with an uphill finish it was tailor made for me and won the sprint with ease.......if only one rider had not snuck off the front !!! |
