24.11 mi in 01:32:00 hours at 15.72 mi/h on Trek 1400. [Cycling] First afternoon training ride of the year. Got into Richmond Park just before they closed the gates and then home via Wimbledon.
8.49 mi in 00:33:20 hours at 15.28 mi/h on Trek 1400. [Cycling] Eventful ride in. A hugely overweight slug in a car nudged me out of the way while pulling away from lights next to Clapham Common and then sped away giving me the finger. I of course caught him very quickly - it's rush hour in London after all - and "decorated" his window. Hopefully he'll think twice before being such an impatient prick.
