24.10 mi in 01:26:31 hours at 16.71 mi/h on Trek 1500. [Cycling] A bit windy, but not too bad. It was a nice day to go out, I actually needed to put sunblock on. Good to get out after a while of not riding.
17.40 mi in 01:16:47 hours at 13.60 mi/h on Trek 1500. [Cycling] Went out riding with Ben, a friend of Sabrina's, and he took me down a new route that was nice. This was the first time that I have ridden with someone that is essentially a pro, and I didn't feel too out of shape or unable to keep up (he took it really easy on me). I definitely will ride that route again, and hopefully he wasen't too embarrassed to ride with me again.
5.90 mi in 00:26:15 hours at 13.49 mi/h on Trek 1500. [Cycling] Quick recovery ride around town. A little scary, ended up in the ghetto and then on Rt. 66 with no bike lane. I survived regardless.
26.10 mi in 01:37:37 hours at 16.04 mi/h on Trek 1500. [Cycling] Today I went a little farther on LMR. It was a really nice day out and I decide to shoot for distance rather than speed. I had a lot of fun, and I even passed someone on the way back to the car. When you get past the 10 mile point, the hills start to occur more frequently, which give a couple miles of downhill on the way back. Because of that downhill portion, I now have a new top speed of 39.0 mph.
11.00 mi in 00:45:42 hours at 14.44 mi/h on Trek 1500. [Cycling] Today I rode up Fort Valley Road which take you to the Grand Canyon. I didn't come anywhere close to making it to the canyon. Instead I rode a couple laps through the Cheshire neighborhood and looked at the million dollar homes. It was nice out today especially since I brought my jacket with me this time. This ride has more hills than Lake Mary, so this is the first time I have done any hills this season. The last hill home is a dozy. It is short, but is an 8-10% grade. I made it to the top, but hit 102% on my heart rate monitor. All in all, a good ride.
