Legs felt good after taking yesterday off. Was able to keep a high pace at end of the ride (go figure Strouf wasn't there at the end). "BATTLE BACK JACK"
33.02 mi in 02:00:03 hours at 16.50 mi/h on Trek 4500 MTB. [Cycling] AM ride w/CC due to # 4 no shows. Had good conversation & good ride along lake then to Pets. Bad day to show up to work hungry as we were out the door ASAP for the helicopter crash.
26.55 mi in 01:36:51 hours at 16.45 mi/h on Trek 4500 MTB. [Cycling] AM ride w/C-DC. Met JIMBO @ brumme's house. He was very upset that I wouldn't wait for brumme. Little did he know the DC rule, "Be there or be square". There is no waiting, you just catch up! Good pace line down 1st Ave then again down 3rd Ave. Jimbo is ready for racing next season, he's an animal. Strouf's new bike is working flawless (Mike Z. should buy one on EBAY).
