85.10 mi in 04:25:00 hours at 19.27 mi/h on Trek Madone. [Cycling] met Johnny G, Mike and holly and rode out to gaither. First time on this ride. Nice and smooth, and surprisingly fast. Nice pace lines in the 26 to 29 mph range, two sprints. If you live in Tampa, give it a try, had a good time, safe group. Makes for an 85 mile day and home by 10:30, of course I leave my house at 5:30 AM.

62.40 mi in 03:24:00 hours at 18.35 mi/h on Trek Madone. [Cycling] Rode over to st. pete, a little windy. No work at all on the 5 pm loop. A couple of efforts on the 6 pm loop. Head wind most of the way home, felt great. Nice way to get back on the bike after a hard 12 hour race Saturday.
73.20 mi in 06:15:00 hours at 11.71 mi/h on Cannondale Rush. [Cycling] 12 hours of Ft. Yargo. Kurt and I KILLED it, came in 2nd. We both felt great and rocked that course. 1st place beat us by 8 minutes. We had them down to 1 minute with 2 laps left, but they had a little too much for us. They were young guys and they were fast! 2nd place, I'm psyched!!!
