29.34 mi in 02:12:00 hours at 13.34 mi/h on Waltworks 29'er. [Cycling] 10 am start. About 82 degrees. Went up to Mckinney. Turned around and road with the RBM fast group for about 2 miles near the goat farm. Heart rate was at 177 and about 30 mph on the bike. The lead group got away from me and then I rode about a mile with the second group of 3. I road with them, at the front, up a long climb and then shut it down and turned back around to finish my ride.
Weighed 186 at the start and 182 when I finished. Consumed 3 bottles of heed with added sodium.
