[Cycling] First early-morning ride of the warm season...on the breakfast menu was supposed to be intervals but didnt feel that good so just did 4 x 1:30sec intervals w/3min rest...then over to Walmart for tempo circuits keeping pace at 22mph +/-...did a few jumps and hill jams back home. Beat the rain today as well!

[Cycling] A fast Orr with 75+ guys...met Jason and a few Carolinas Masters riders including Ryan Jenkins at a park 10-miles away from Orr Rd...the 6 of us rode hard over...then Orr was on and fast...hats off to Jason who rode well...25.7 at 27.6 avg (or Jason will post)...then a nice tempo ride back to park...great w/o.
9.22 mi in 00:30:03 hours at 18.41 mi/h. [Cycling] A shortened ride...after hiding under trees on 3 separate occasions from hail storms decided I should take it back to the house not knowing there was a tornado watch in effect...rode thru sun; rain and hail...whatta ride!
32.37 mi in 01:42:15 hours at 18.99 mi/h. [Cycling] Rode with a Cat5 Noel that lives here in Concord....nice, moderate paceline work but we slap hammered the hills!...Both attacked steep hill on Gold Hill Road to St Johns at 24mph!...dont try this at home boys n girls!
33.37 mi in 01:34:54 hours at 21.10 mi/h. [Cycling] Big turnout with the Hincappie boys, and girls...Adam, and another Sledgehammer guy...fast paceline work with many attacks and jumps...very hard workout...a nice easy 5-mile warmdown.
