52.25 mi in 02:42:00 hours at 19.35 mi/h. [Cycling] Tour De Valley bike ride. I took off fast with the front pack and left my own dad. There was a group of about 10 of us and they started picking off and disapearing. Our pack narrowed down to 4. With 3 miles to go, I took off hard with this other guy. He ditched me with 2 miles to go. It was a very hilly ride with nice weather.
13.10 mi in 01:07:00 hours at 11.73 mi/h. [Cycling] Mountain bike ride with guidence counselor from school and his riding partner. I never would of thought mountain biking was that hard but it was. His 1.5 mile course is very hilly. It's slow one way and very fast the other. It was a lot of fun. But I think i'm definately going to stick with the road.
29.10 mi in 01:27:00 hours at 20.07 mi/h. [Cycling] Ride with Jhon Fender, Jamie Fender, and Robert Rowland. Very windy with heavy traffic. We worked on keeping steady hard fast tempos. A couple of sprints.
