16.00 mi in 00:48:00 hours at 20.00 mi/h. [Cycling] Did the spinner in zone 3 while watching a rerun of stage 2 in the Tour De France. It almost felt like I was right in there. Too bad I wasn't averaging 27 mph like they are.
20.50 mi in 01:05:00 hours at 18.92 mi/h. [Cycling] Me and dad did a ride down the street and back. I was suppose to do a 20 minute interval with HR at 190 but I got 11 minutes into it and couldnt even get my Hr up. I just quit and cruised on home. Legs felt as bad as I rode.
26.70 mi in 01:25:00 hours at 18.85 mi/h. [Cycling] Interval ride. 8 minutes on at HR 195 with 4 minutes off
with HR 145 recovery. 5 sets of those with a nice cool down on the way home.
