74.56 mi. [Cycling] MAD ride. First real hit out since the accident but I managed to make it to the finish line without any problems.
Magnet on the Sigma computer spun around so I'm not sure what my actual distance would shown on it. I think I'll replace this with a Cateye, I'm sick of the crap magnets that Sigma use with their computers. Legs were starting to cramp 10k's from the finish line. |

17.50 mi. [Cycling] First ride since the accident. Legs felt good but I felt wobbly when I started off. Suspect anxiety may have been part of the reason why. I did feel anxious when cars passed, hopefully this passes in time. My shoulder is still sore as it's only been 5 weeks and that is'nt enough time for the bones to knit. I just got sick and tired of being bored and wanted to see if I will be able to do the 120k Mad Ride on Sunday. Worst case scenario is that I'll have to call the sag wagon. |

35.69 mi. [Cycling] hit from behind by a dullard in matthews ave airport west . broken collarbone, bikes most likely totalled, mate also hurt with cracked lower vertebrae. thats it for awhile unfortunately, hope to be ready for mad ride. |
