Met Napalm and Guru and headed off with rain for at least half of the ride. Managed to climb alot better today and claimed Brewery Sprint as the boys were gas bagging....Enjoyed a well earned coffee at 2300 and nearly fell as we stopped at Glebe Rd on the way home as my left cleat got stuck, managed to save my baby from any harm with some choice words escaping my innocent mouth, should have a nice bruise on my thigh in the next few days. New washing machine getting a work out as my filthy kit is soaking and washing. Great ride with my wet and filthy baby....oh and the boys :)

Cut my second climb out due to the wind and pushed my lil legs up that climb like a champ....HR through the roof. Very warm and plenty of riders out. A good ride with my baby.
22.30 mi in 01:22:28 hours at 16.23 mi/h on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Headed out after school drop off in this glorious weather on the Love Track. Rode from Burwood Rd to Belmont and back with 2 Whitebridge climbs. Felt awesome concentrating on keeping my HR right up, flew up the climb both times at record speed (for me) and toasted a female roadie with legs larger than both of mine put together bursting with muscle and definition. Was expecting her to pass me any second, realised how far behind me she was when I turned around at Whitebridge and headed down for a second time, she was still on her way up looking very red in the face. I am Toasted hear me roar :)
30.47 mi in 02:03:27 hours at 14.81 mi/h on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Another beautiful day and headed for some hills and more hills. Bullsgarden Rd, Oakdale Rd, the Bluff and Redhead Rd, down to Belmont on the FLT then back up the Whitebridge climb. Was pretty warm and realised one thing today.....I still suck at hills, better keep practicing. A slow but good ride with my baby.
