28.48 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Lunchtime ride to Swansea and back. Tour Of Flanders bridge was under maintenance so I had to use my bike handling skills to get through the treacherous off-road route, I made it alive both ways. Used Spuma as part of my tempo, wasn't ideal conditions with the beaut NE this morning now turning to a stupid E, on top of that I copped a red light. Turned and headed home into a pretty stiff headwind. Not alot on the track except for some cute baby lizards and a dead black snake. Thankyou Mr Team Mechanic for fine tuning my bike.

[Cycling] Met with Ellviner, Euro and Guru (who was going mountain biking), 2 new bikes to look at and a Garmin...I had nothing of interest to show off. Trying to improve my Cemetery QOM time was stopped by glaring orange sun right in my eyes, couldn't see a bloody thing and had to lower my glasses, next time. Had a crack at 2KO climb where MG blasted past at the top, cruised up Telstra and then Ellviner lead myself and Euro out to better our Phoenix Sprint times, had nothing in the end but surprised to see I did in fact have a better time today...Thanks MG :) Good coffee at 2300, said our goodbyes and I headed for a lap of Love. Somebody waved at me as I was cruising up R2W, think it was GD. Home to eat and think about heading over to watch the Kermese, great ride.
20.95 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] After school duties headed to Belmont and back. Tempo from Adamstown to Belmont, was making good time until the pierced lollipop men stopped me for a bit at Redhead due to the slasher being on the track...bloody hell, don't they know about Strava times!!!! Not all bad, still managed an avg of 37 for the W2R and got a good workout at the same time. Cruised home from Belmont, hot and not much to report.
30.98 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Met Guru on the love Track and cruised with him to Belmont, I headed onto Swansea/Caves solo for some tempo. Cross wind and phone call meant I hit Spuma late, but still included it in my tempo knowing my time wouldn't cut it today. Headed home into a pretty stiff head wind slowing me down but keeping my HR high. Found the shelter of the Love Track and cruised home slowly. The track has been getting a hair cut the last week, I just hope those council workers clean up after themselves.....must be a new trend of facial piercings as nearly all the workers faces were full of earrings, look like freaks with their lips nearly pierced together. Good ride, pretty hot by the time I got home.
