Good pace, Ev smashed the Hadley's Crew up Cemetery which in turn smashed him for the rest of the ride. I claimed Telstra KOM but have a sneaky feeling the boys never chased :) Fast ride into 2300 where Richard Stanton joined us at Carrington, I introduced myself and his response was...."So you're the famous Carmen" Famous!!!!!! TDS's Queen is Famous!!!!!! Ev took off on Cav-ilicious and I decided to chase but just didn't reach him before he sat up, I still got my best time though. Guru shouted me a coffee at 2300 where we spoke about alcohol. Headed to Belmont on FLT at a nice pace, no Strava smashing today but Ev wanted to have a go at Scum Rises...we let him go. Cruisey R2W climb and home. Great ride, thanks boys.
20.51 mi on Norco Faze 2. [Cycling] After getting the Norco back from Lambo I took it for a spin on the Love Track for a test ride. Feels great, have my own spds on so feel alot more comfortable, just need to get used to the new seat position.
20.75 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Napalm cam over to watch girls so I could get a ride in. Was really happy to be out until a P plater and truck near cleaned me up on Park Ave. I yelled at her and still have a sore throat, I unclipped my left foot to try and kick the crap out of her stupid little car but didn't make contact. She's lucky she didn't stop as she'd have a pretty smashed up face tonight. Nearly went straight back home but decided to keep going. A quick way to elevate my already elevated HR.
20.57 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Headed out for a spin on the Love Track before the rain came. First ride on my road bike with the Garmin, it is pretty cool!! Passed Guru coming up the climb.
