27.99 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Headed out into the warmth for a change. Swansea via FLT, tempo from Belmont to Swansea and back. Smashed myself on Spuma, passed a black snake on way home just before wank bridge. Cruised home slowly only to find I hadn't started my Strava when I left!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!

28.48 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Easy spin with Guru to Swansea and back. Got stung on the side of my face and finger by a wasp toward the end of Scum Rises....not happy Jan. A nice warm ride otherwise.
16.67 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Out on FLT to Jewell's and back for the usual Monday RR. Love these easy spins except for the shower I encountered just as I entered the track, luckily didn't last long. Track wet and not much to report.
31.37 mi on Giant Avail Advanced 2. [Cycling] Call for midday ride was answered by Napalm on FB. Met at the servo on Bridges Rd where he suggested we ride Sugarloaf. Ummm no thanks, but he wouldn't listen, so we headed for the Loaf. I was stressing out so much I didn't have time to complain like I usually would, my HR was high just thinking about it. Started to drizzle with rain at Cameron Park but thankfully stopped before the climb. Napalm rode with me, at the start I said, "is this it?" he laughed at me, said "the ramp" was coming up and once I did that I'd be right. All I could see was the road getting steeper and I was stressing, especially once I realised I had no gears left!!! Made the ramp and Napalm said he'd meet me at the top, I came around the last corner which is freakin steep and he had his phone out for pics, oh no!! Had a drink and took the long decent down where I realised just how bloody steep that Loaf truly is. Just before we made it to the bottom the heavens opened up, I mean it was flogging down sooooo hard it was hurting my skin. Trying to breath through my nose meant breathing in rain water, the roads were greasy and it totally sucked!!! Headed home via a few cycle paths from Glendale to home where I had a very long hot shower to thaw out my feet, I was sooooooo cold. Very proud of myself that I finally attempted it, now all is left is to smash Gruplet off Strava. Thanks for the torture Napalm :)
