Sun, Apr 22, 2012 - 28.33 mi [Cycling] Details
28.33 mi in 01:34:00 hours at 18.09 mi/h on KHS Team ST. [Cycling] 2nd ride for the day on the ST. Met with Ellviner, EuroB, Napalm, Guru & Col at the bottom of Love. N,G & C took the bike destruction option & headed into Grock. I went with the roadies & the leg destruction option as they proceeded to put me in the bin. Good ride insofar it would have done me good. I was hurting for most of it.
Route
Up & back from home. A good 35km out of the wind.

48.22 mi in 03:01:00 hours at 15.98 mi/h on KHS Team ST. [Cycling] SuMRR with Evimov. I was on the KHS ST, wanting to get some Mtb Ks before the C100. Evimov was keen for pain so we headed west for them thar hills. Minmi via Marylands, Westy, Teralba, Warners Bay, Belmont, Blacksmiths, then the Love home. Great ride & very foggy for the 1st half.
Thu, Apr 19, 2012 - 21.75 mi [Cycling] Details
21.75 mi in 01:13:00 hours at 17.88 mi/h on Opera Leonardo. [Cycling] Night time lap of wet Love with Ellviner, dodging hundreds of frogs & a Tawney Frogmouth. Love in the dark is like a completely different track.

Sun, Apr 15, 2012 - 12.37 mi [Cycling] Details
12.37 mi in 01:23:00 hours at 8.94 mi/h on KHS Team ST. [Cycling] SAMBR & the 1st official TDS C100 training ride. The XC bikes came out & we were the gun crew on a busy day in G-rock. Some gumby in a WAM kit insisted on cutting into our group at the start & was soon shown that TDS is not to be trifled with when we are serious. G-rock was in great form with super tacky trails & plenty of talent to spot. E.McN. was spotted a few times being trailed by a pack of blokes like she was a bitch on heat. Napalm, much to his detriment, discovered what we already knew; bald tyres roll fast but they have no grip. My new race tyres were both fast & grippy, allowing me to go round bends. Col got lost, Close to on time Ed & new dude John got smashed, Ellviner got better & the idea that the Ellsworth has to go. MP was usurped from the lead; his All Mtb not being able to keep up with the frenetic pace of the XC crew, & I was in the zone, if not on the pace due to some serious Mtb Ks being racked up over the weekend. A good fast ride & good beers at the pub with A1, Gus & Guru.

Sat, Apr 14, 2012 - 16.90 mi [Cycling] Details
16.90 mi in 01:16:00 hours at 13.34 mi/h on Titus Full Tilt Moto. [Cycling] 2nd run with the only stops being to inspect other riders damage. Had a box seat view of a rear derailleur self destructing & saw the aftermath of a good stack. A great run in good company.
