N,G & C took the bike destruction option & headed into Grock. I went with the roadies & the leg destruction option as they proceeded to put me in the bin. Good ride insofar it would have done me good. I was hurting for most of it.

Evimov was keen for pain so we headed west for them thar hills. Minmi via Marylands, Westy, Teralba, Warners Bay, Belmont, Blacksmiths, then the Love home. Great ride & very foggy for the 1st half.
