We are in preparation for our cycling holiday later in August when we must be able to ride 30 miles in a day. Everyone did very well, but felt weary with the heat. Stopped at the Winged Spur in Ullenhall for drinks and lunchtime snacks.

Rode with a number of people including someone new to long rides from Sutton and a seasoned campaigner with many very long rides. Finished in what seemed a good time, being one of the first back.
