Turns out the Crane roubaix tights are pretty water resistant! Coupled with the Madison softshell, arrived home only slightly damp around the edges and was comfortbly warm the whole ride. Got some damp in my shoe from road splash and in the fingertips of my gloves from wet levers but otherwise very pleased with all my gear. Actually quite an enjoyable ride. end odo 735.0
