LSD trip (ahem...Long Slow Distance) keeping within 65%-75% of MHR, which was impossible on the hills. But the hills I coped with very well, and the whole ride was more enjoyable and less exhausting (at this stage of my training) probably because I didn't go flat out like I used to. At least one LSD ride like this per week (only longer eventually of course) will make the difference to my stamina. The other shorter and faster rides are for speed. Good stuff.
