[Cycling] 51F--yep--51F--hard steady winds, and so many, many hills SE out of Ozark, Mo toward Arkansas with 23 riders--I never thought the climbing would stop---I suffered on the climbs but stormed away on the descents..--top speed---47.9 MPH--I was loving that---got away each time--these guys hate going downhill....about froze to death...have lost nearly 11 pounds so far. |

[Cycling] nice warm day, loving the warmth..we headed SW into the hard winds with close eyes on the skies...over all the nasty rollers and three long ones---worked out way to a solid tailwind and came back with three basic flats so there speed work was nice..I suffered on the hills today though--beat the nasty storm by 11 minutes--with tornado warning, of course--winds were then awful. |
