[Cycling] Nice happy ride to the Tour de Troop---super put on ride with police and motos--good rest stops and a perfect day---way too hilly for me bit I did ok---we had 5 kits on the ride--hard effort the last 4 miles and I worked hard on D*** Sap Hill at the end---actually flew to the church--that was fun---then the sad mistake of having to ride home--killed my average because I was way past dead!!! Next year---a cookie ride must !! Good Tour de Moore warm up???? |

Hey nice ride. How long was the actual ride? You added miles on the way home. How do you decide which bike to ride? Why not the S- Works?? Just curious. |

The ride was a 50 miler--Colnago because Monday I am having SWorks looked over---one more extra gear on the Colnago and it helped today---I am an awful climber!! |
