[Cycling] Quick spin to Irish Potato and up to Neissler and back up Concord-Salisbury---watching the skies the entire time---missed the third storm by just minutes--damp roads but a dry ride---now all ready for the big 1000 miles back into the Midwest!!
Doing the big Springfield training ride Wed. I am ready for that 50 miles---oh yes!! |

35.00 mi in 01:48:03 hours at 19.44 mi/h on 2011 Specialized S-Works SL3. [Cycling] Ride cut to 35 miles due the rain---we all worked hard--set three China Grove Loop records today...fastest time yet. I had good legs today. Jim and Vic did more killer pulls. I tried to do a few long ones.
Now have lost 0ver 16 pounds!! Ready for the Missouri boys and their wind and hills!! |

Jim went all the way down Enochville and some of deal. Vic the flew us to Patterson. Dan did most of Patterson, I sat in and had no trouble on Patterson(finally). I had good legs tonight. From the top of Stirwalt we did the last 5 wide open..it was like race mode. We all finished strong---Vic did a death pull all the way down Barr Rd. Our fastest average yet. What a ride
