25.63 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Met Ellviner and sampled the delights of the love track. Not much to report other than we linked up with GD on the return leg. All good.

24.85 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Indulged in some afternoon delight on the love track. The special needs person on the Rickshaw was strutting his stuff. Plenty of bogans on trail bikes in the bush at Redhead. Many other lycra elite doing their thing. I also passed Ricochet at Adamstown.
68.35 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Only the strong were on board today for the Giro d'Karuah. The ride out was assisted by a nice tail wind, but there is no free lunch in the world and pay-back was nasty on the return leg, however NJ & MG did the lion’s share of the work up front, nice one lads. Brother of Bunter joined us at the roadhouse for coffee and was having an absolute "Barry Crocker" with 3 flats and a pump malfunction. Thankfully the Lane family hex did not rub off on the TDS peloton. Maximum respect to Toasted for busting through the 100km barrier and hanging tough with the lads. Post ride my legs & butt are fine but the shoulder blades have entered the pain cave with no sign of coming out anytime soon.
23.75 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Ellviner & I headed out for the usual city & beaches loop. Not much to report other than the sun is getting up much earlier and the mornings are a little warmer. It was my first morning in bib knicks & mitts this season.
25.00 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Hit the love track as a magpie hit me, lots of other riders out this morning. You see some amazing things early in the morning, as I passed Adamstown Station I saw an Ice Cowboy in a very aggravated state having a massive spew. Hay fever can be a real problem at this time of year.
