21.13 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] Met NJ & MG for a 2pm Love Track. I turned at Belmont, but the boys headed to further south. Glad to turn the legs after missing every opportunity to ride over the weekend. Bloody hot out there.
26.72 mi on Giant OCR 2. [Cycling] A text from RG last night said he was stepping out in B grade for the first time on Sunday. A selfless act of team unity saw Evimov and I lead out our TDS B grade stars RG & NJ to the gang, where we were greeted by Guru. Domestique duties aside, Ev and I took the usual route back into town for a coffee at 2300. I departed for home and Ev commenced his high altitude training. A slow flat at Hamilton was nursed home for the last 2km, just made it! Maximum respect to Lambo for his silver medal on debut in B grade. I can see an all-white outfit, gold chain & A grade spot just around the corner for him.
