30.00 mi in 01:20:00 hours at 22.50 mi/h on Trek 5400. [Cycling] Tuesday evening butt whooping with Charlie and Alex! We started out with hill sprints and got through one set before Alex got sidelined for a moment with cramps. We decided to tempo pedal some miles instead of another set. I'm not sure which was worse, doing another 2 sets of hill sprints or the decently high pace with the occasional sprint we held for the duration on the ride. Never fear we still managed to cut up on this ride too! :) |

30.00 mi in 01:30:00 hours at 20.00 mi/h on Trek 5400. [Cycling] Cool Saturday morning for a group ride. The SV/BIKESOURCE guys met at my house and we had an easy spin to the start. As always the ride starts pretty slow but Alex had to get to work so midway over the climb he picked up the pace, it was a pretty sight 4 red/white/black jerseys all in a row at the front. Pace stayed pretty quick, the Streett boys are attempting to add more than one Sprint in our ride (we watched the father son drag race from the pace line). Over all good ride |
