Unknown distance in 03:00:00 hours. Reformer, jump board and heavy weights....came up with new position for wide bodies on reverse leg pulls because we don't bend the way Joseph Pilates imagined......score one for heft and 50" pecs! Don't hate just work for 40 years to get the beef and cardio!
