Did stand on some climbs, but tried to spin most of climbs. Knee felt good as long as kept straight. Was aching afterward.
18.00 mi en 02:36:44 horas a 6.89 mi/h por Orbea Lonzo 29er. [Ciclismo] Big cedar XC race. 2pm (2:30) start. Very hot & humid (95 degrees) No breeze in the trees. Trail dry & loose. Crappy start. Red-lined most of the 1st lap no matter what I did. Did a lot of walking on the climbs & eventually the downhills. Never felt in good control. Fell & slid down one downhill & jacked up LCL on Left knee. Pissed at horrible performance, especially since I can ride/climpb this trail!!!
