18.00 mi in 02:36:44 hours at 6.89 mi/h on Orbea Lonzo 29er. [Cycling] Big cedar XC race. 2pm (2:30) start. Very hot & humid (95 degrees) No breeze in the trees. Trail dry & loose. Crappy start. Red-lined most of the 1st lap no matter what I did. Did a lot of walking on the climbs & eventually the downhills. Never felt in good control. Fell & slid down one downhill & jacked up LCL on Left knee. Pissed at horrible performance, especially since I can ride/climpb this trail!!!

20.00 mi in 02:30:07 hours at 7.99 mi/h on Orbea Lonzo 29er. [Cycling] Rerode the same trail that we rode Friday evening & first pat of the Vista trail from yesterday. Much better without a stomach full of pancakes!!! And like the guys said, a lot more fun ridding in reverse direction!!
32.00 mi in 04:12:35 hours at 7.60 mi/h on Orbea Lonzo 29er. [Cycling] Orbea/DBW ride on the Vista trail in the Ouachita Mountains. None of us were sure on a start time so ended up eating a plate full of pancakes right before we headed out. Stomach was full & it was humid with no breeze in the trees, making it a little miserable with all the climbing. Trail was a lot of fun! Had to walk the switchbacks up the mountain thanks to the damn pancakes, & seemed to take forever, but once we reached the overlook at the top, it was SO worth it!!! The downhill afterward was a blast!!
