Desoto, very fast out with tailwind, very hard on the way back into headwind. Then headwind home. Good ride, had to dig deep a few times. Have to start tapering for Breck 100.
24.00 mi in 02:01:00 hours at 11.90 mi/h on Cannondale Rush. [Cycling] MTB ride in Alafia, holy christ that place SUCKS!!! roots, roots, mud and more roots, oh and 100 other trail users. Total waste of time, almost no training other than working on technical skills. Oh well, not every ride can be great!
85.00 mi in 04:10:00 hours at 20.40 mi/h. [Cycling] Greco, rode out nice pace good group, swissle, greeny, dave, Kim, Paul, stella, and a few more. It was FAAAASSSSSSTTTTT today. Spent a lot of time over 30. Then rode home with swissle at tempo. Hard ride today. Lots of attacks and sprints to run them down. A good workout.
62.50 mi in 03:13:00 hours at 19.43 mi/h. [Cycling] Rode to St. Pete with Heavy. Nice ride over. 5 pm ride was surprisingly fast, I took some big pulls in the 30's. Heavy did some good work too. 6 pm ride was fast. Heavy, Ron, Chuck and myself pulled the whole ride around. I took the first sprint, then paid Ron back and lead him out on the final sprint. Heavy and I raced a t-storm home and WON!!!! Great ride. I'm ready for Breckenridge, bring it on.
85.10 mi in 04:15:00 hours at 20.02 mi/h. [Cycling] Rode out to Greco with a bunch pf people, Swissle, Dave, Kim, Greeny and Luciano. Then the intergalatic championships started. ALL of the heavy hitters were present. It was LIGHTNING fast and we got caught in a huge thunderstorm. IT WAS FASSSSST!!!! Rode a good tempo home.
