34.80 mi in 01:45:00 hours at 19.89 mi/h on cannondale super six hi mod. [Cycling] Left Trappmans in 95 degree heat and crazy humidity. Felt good on the way over, felt good at the 5 pm loop. Looked like it was going to storm so I left early and rode back to the car in crazy winds.
57.80 mi in 02:47:00 hours at 20.77 mi/h on cannondale super six hi mod. [Cycling] St. Pete Ride. Rode over tempo. Did the 26 ride, good pace line, and good work in the sprint, Patrick when HARD on the back!!! Rode back with the group, then RIck FLEW us across the bridge, good ride.
45.70 mi in 02:35:00 hours at 17.69 mi/h on cannondale super six hi mod. [Cycling] Rode from Trappmans for the 5 and 6pm loops. Rode towards the ugliest clouds ever and somehow stayed dry?!??!?!? 5pm loop, was slow but I did 1/2 of the pulling for training purposes. 6 pm loop was tame until the split, then Heavy and Dave went to work while Ron and I hid in the back, then we UNLEASHED the fury, until Dave CRUSHED us in the sprint! Good times!
