Off Road (ie Tourer) but flat and relatively smooth. Picturesque nature reserve. Canal. Some road at each end.
Total 8 Miles. Alternatively, stay on Queens Road and turn right past the railway station at Beeston to join the original route at the canal. Very slightly shorter but more tyre friendly avoiding the woods.
