[Cycling] i rode like shit tonight. as soon as the pace picked up, i felt drained. this bronchitis or whatever the hell i have is continuing to have an effect on my cycling performance. also my pedals need to be adjusted because my cleats are shifting around in the pedals and i'm losing power and it's causing my knees to wobble which is probably one of the reasons i feel like all my power is getting lost somewhere. will need to go to the bike shop and see if they can offer suggestions or i need new pedals. the cleats are practically brand new. |
