43.28 mi in 02:33:10 hours at 16.95 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Ride to work with Larry. Good route with very little need for way finding. There was a strong headwind as expected at the point of the mountain, but the ride into Orem was nice and easy.
22.44 mi in 01:15:53 hours at 17.74 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Quick loop from Wasatch to 1300E and back. Cut the ride short because I noticed the non-drive BB cup coming out a little bit. Decided to TT 1300E the entire way back and felt really good.
21.48 mi in 01:49:50 hours at 11.73 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Shakedown ride on the new road bike with Mrs. Cobourn. Took it nice and easy and her pace. Did a couple of intervals at the end of the mill road and a couple more on Blaine.
