41.99 mi in 02:16:40 hours at 18.43 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Ride to work. Cut significant time off the last ride, but wished I had someone to work with. Weather was good and I found some better work arounds for the sketch sections.
19.50 mi in 01:15:00 hours at 15.60 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Morning ride up Emigration Canyon. Did 6 intervals on the last 1.5 miles using the signs for time. The new road surface in the first and last 1/4 is awful.
27.25 mi in 02:41:00 hours at 10.16 mi/h on Vassago Bandersnatch. [Cycling] D'Epic II pre-ride with Mike, Larry, Matt, Jeff, Bill and Jake. Rode from Round Valley to Princess Di trail, then back on the rail trail for a lap of Round Valley. Definitely the weakest link on this ride. Felt strong on and off. My glory days of drinking before big rides might be over.
43.28 mi in 02:33:10 hours at 16.95 mi/h on Orbea Aqua. [Cycling] Ride to work with Larry. Good route with very little need for way finding. There was a strong headwind as expected at the point of the mountain, but the ride into Orem was nice and easy.
