55.00 mi on BMC Road. [Cycling] LVRC RR.......caught napping when the bunch split after 3 miles, nearly made it across. Was then taken out by some plonka that went to hot into a corner so took a trip over the bars. Back on within a few seconds but a bit winded. Retired to the bunch feeling a bit p*ssed off with bike racing. Took the bunch gallop with ease netting 3rd in age group C. Sore shoulder today with a lovely bruise on its way. Lucky it was not a bust collar bone. |
