15.53 mi on KHS ALITE 4000. [Cycling] Windy enough to blow a dog off a chain so was surprised to find Lamb, GD,NJ,CE,Gus,MP and a rumour of EN keen to ride. Covered a bit of ground with the hardtail aiding my climbing but showing up my lack of finesse elsewhere,bouncing off evey bump possible. Big laughs at the Nag's. |

45.11 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] Not working today so slept in and met the Lamb at 6.30.Did a lap of the RC then the beaches run and return.Lamb headed ff to work and I went for a lap of "Love". Did the Redhead climb twice and headed home for a long shower to defrost my frozen extremeties.No sign of Napalms bottle lid, may put up some "lost" posters. |

22.00 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] allegedly 10 degrees when the Lamb and I met up with NL who was in a weakened state due to some suspicious blood donation.Decided on a Love track out and back NL flatted and I rode on chatting to myself for about 2kms until I noticed and returned.
Kept the pace low as I was searching for Napalms bottle lid.
No time for repeat of the climb |

46.48 mi on Viner Magnifica. [Cycling] It was turning back the clock this weekend.Caught up with a bunch of scum, drank to much,got up early and felt seedy.Went for a ride.
Strange thing was, the ride was a race and I won it. C grade invitational at vets,came down to a bunch sprint and after a good position on the last turn I launched and kicked clear with no one grabbing my wheel.Seemed like the longest sprint with the line wide open in front of me for ages .Legs nearly buckled as I crossed alone.
Wearing full scum kit on the grass podium where I collected $55 !!!!!!! Lamb wanted to go straight to the pub but will wait till this arvo.
Thankyou Lamb and NJ for sprint training yesterday. |

32.00 mi on Viner Magnifica. [Cycling] joined NJ and Lambsy at the stadium.If we were girls we would have been embarassed as we were dressed identically,luckily we are hardened cyclists and were very happy to be kitted out the same. Had a few sprints with one resulting in a minor vomit in my mouth, but got a few points, some came after a lead out from the Lamb which was so pedestrian it didnt vary from his previous pace.NJ needs to update some of his equipment, his tool bottle has a decidedly dodgey lid. |
