50.58 mi on Viner Magnifica. [Cycling] Elite squad for the SMRR,was the only non racer there so thought the pace might be on. Pretty comfortable pace in the end .Managed a rare win at Pheonix, HR 184 on the garmin,dead heat for 2nd with Lamb behind NJ at Brewery, no moe sprinting after that as to avoid vomiting at 2300 again.Great lead outs from Guru. |

19.88 mi on Viner Magnifica. [Cycling] birthday ride with the Lamb so took the good bike hoping to get a PR somewhere. Just the usual lap of love bike put in on the R2W climb and got a PR.
A PR and a Garmin it doesnt get any better. |

19.88 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] Enjoying some of the last opportunities to have some afternoon delight before DLS ends.Joined the Lamb for a lap,Steady pace and a bit of chatting although I got binned by Lamb on the climb. |

19.88 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] Set out for a hot lap on tyhe luv track with Lamb, it was a smashathon heading south and on the return I felt I was a chance at a regs loop pr, alas that little click in the cranks developed into a full scale catastrophe with the left crank coming loose and off the bike whilst still attatched to my pedal and therefore my foot. Pedalled one footed to Burwood road where I reattatched the crank and continued on with any hope of a good time gone. :(
Kudos to Lamb who set a beautiful pace up R2W. |
