25.41 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] Grouppo of 6 set off from adamstown with The Lamb and I doing a couple of hot laps around the rc. Weather was quite mild and spring like.
Unfortunately the weather played havoc with my pollen allergies and in combination with a couple of high load training sessions already this week I decided it best to not contest the Redhead Whitebridge climb, opting to work on my time trialling position and cadence, a decision bound to pay off later in the season. |

Cruised the rest. |

21.13 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] 5 degrees as Bunter and I rolled out this mornoing, the wind chill down Glebe rd nearly shivered me off the bike. Usual Tuesday circuit. Sun was definately up earlier and plenty of people out and about. |

23.80 mi on Viner Road Bike Deda R1. [Cycling] After a hot lap of the rc with Lamb we headed to the luv track to pick up Napalm. My lack of form soon had be me blowing hard with racing types cranking up the pace. Held on and the return was much more comfortable. |
