Toasted got stung by something near top of Scum Rises so a halt was called, small welt but obviously painful even though the Queen did not cuss at all. Great easy spin. |

[Cycling] Club Individual Time Trial at the Gang, going OK until the last lap when about 10 of us had to stop for a train, legs went to jelly on the restart so I have no idea of my correct time, placing etc. Found out today in the paper I was 7th overall and 1st in Masters 5. Not a bad result. |
